· Generate leads:

Identify and pursue potential clients, often by engaging with hospitals, clinics, community based organizations, nursing homes, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

· Build relationships:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, building a network of individuals who can help generate new business.

· Educate and promote:

Promote the agency's services and educate potential clients about the benefits of home healthcare.

· Attend community events:

Represent the agency at health fairs, community events, and other networking opportunities.

· Track and report:

Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and referral conversions.

· Collaborate with staff:

Work with internal teams, including clinical and administrative staff, to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

· Meet sales goals:

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

· Follow-up on leads:

Manage leads, track progress, and engage in follow-up activities to convert potential clients.

· Prepare for presentations:

Develop and deliver compelling presentations to physicians, healthcare professionals, and community groups.

Requirements:

· Strong communication skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging with potential clients and referral sources.

· Sales experience:

Prior experience in a sales or business development role, ideally in the personal healthcare industry, is highly preferred.

· Community outreach experience:

Experience in community organizing, marketing, or public relations can be beneficial. Spanish language preferred.

· Knowledge of home healthcare:

Understanding of home healthcare services, regulations, and the healthcare landscape is advantageous.

· Relationship-building skills:

Ability to build rapport and trust with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

· Organizational skills:

Ability to manage a sales territory, track leads, and maintain accurate records.

· Adaptability:

Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Professionalism:

Maintaining a professional demeanor and representing the agency in a positive light.

Reliable transportation:
Access to reliable transportation is necessary for visiting clients and referral sources.

Qualifications

· Proven experience in a similar role within personal home care, healthcare, or senior services

· Strong knowledge of home care operations, medical terminology and industry regulations

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,390.65 - $49,846.81 per year
